On the hills overlooking Guardamar we find this exclusive apartment complex. Marjal Beach has been built to the highest standards and has all the amenities you would need on your vacation. On the complex you find an outdoor swimming pool with a children pool, tennis and petanca fields as well as a play ground. You also find a fully fitted fitness centre with indoor heated pool, sauna and whirlpool located centrally in the gardens. All apartments are fitted with wifi internet.
Guardamar town with its nice beaches and cozy town centre is found less than 10 minutes walk away. Here you can find good restaurants, shops and supermarkets. 30 minutes drive will bring you to the airport in Alicante and 15 minutes drive will take you to Torrevieja. From the lounge you enter into the fully equipped kitchen where you find all accessories like ceramic hob, oven and microwave as well as a dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine and clothes drier. Adjoined to the living room you find the two bedrooms and a bathroom complete with a shower area fitted with a pulsing massage jet shower. The master bedroom has a large double bed and an en suite bathroom with a massage jet bathtub. The second bedroom has two single beds. In all, this apartment sleeps 6 people using the comfortable sleeping couch in the living room. Exiting from the lounge area you find a large terrace with a good view over the pool and garden area. This terrace is the perfect place to brush up your tan, or to dine al fresco with friends and family. A table and 8 chairs are found here as well as a barbecue.
